Confirm your interns to one standard.

Extend a conditional offer and ask the candidate to confirm it through the Capital Wake accreditation. You receive interns who have been assessed to a single, recognised standard before they start.

How it works for your firm

You select candidates and extend a conditional internship offer in the usual way. You then ask each candidate to complete the Capital Wake accreditation to confirm the place.

Candidates who pass are confirmed and arrive having been assessed across eight core disciplines. Candidates who do not pass are refunded their fee and the place is not confirmed. The accreditation gives your programme a consistent, defensible confirmation step and funds itself.

Why firms use Capital Wake

Verified interns

Every confirmed intern has been assessed across eight disciplines and is ready to contribute from the first week.

A consistent confirmation step

One standardised, defensible criterion to confirm every offer, applied the same way to every candidate.

A self-funding programme

The accreditation fee funds the confirmation process, so onboarding a verified intake adds no net screening cost.
